Baxter+Co worked closely with the clients – a family who love to cook and entertain – to maximise connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The outdoor kitchen features a custom designed parrilla and allows the family to entertain outdoors in a sheltered courtyard while still maintaining direct connection with the main kitchen and amenities.

Form and function merge with simple and clean detailing. Ample storage banked along one side of the living space caters for kitchen, living and mud room functionality. The complex storage design is concealed behind full height joinery panels, meeting the client’s brief for a minimalist feel with a place for everything. This design aesthetic creates a space that is very calm and peaceful — you can feel it as you enter the space.
