Baxter+Co worked in collaboration with MHDP Architects to transform this Seaforth home. Our goal was focused – to simplify the way the space worked for everyday living; and refresh to maximise sale value.

We started by modifying the overall layout – which was screaming out for better flow to make the spaces more functional – and refreshing the interior materials and finishes palette. A new kitchen and butler’s pantry design was added, and we reworked the bathroom, transforming the space with new lighting, tiles, fixtures and fittings. The stunning feature tile echoes the Northern Beaches surrounds of sand dunes and water ripples.

There were a lot of angles to work with and try to simplify, including a new colour palette and internal paint. Overall, the resulting soft neutral tones punctuated by black accents create a timeless appeal.
