Brief
New sanctuary-style development of 24 apartments
Baxter+Co worked with Gartner Trovato Architects to design the interiors of these sanctuary-style high-end apartments in the heart of Narrabeen on Sydney’s northern beaches.
We first created a style guide for the apartments, featuring earthy tones with accents of stone, steel and timber to set the tone for the development. We also worked closely with the marketing team to direct and create the CGIs used to sell apartments off the plan before build work began.
The materials and finishes, as well as fixtures, fittings and equipment, were all thoughtfully selected and specified to meet both budget expectations and the nature-inspired design aesthetic.

This development has set a new benchmark on the Northern Beaches, and were sold out before project completion.
